I describe this one as a “rock and roll Batman fever dream.” For me, it was really an experiment in style, trying to use as many tools as possible and get as much visual noise on the page as I could. There’s no digital clean up, and the finished pages are what I put down on paper. Narratively, I had a stop-making-sense mentality, and I was shooting for a logic more akin to a music video or dream than a standard story. Ultimately, I think the experiment failed on this front.
